Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Owing to nature of our products, goods are not eligible for return /refund in case the carton box is found open at the time of installation of the goods by Avocet Mobily Representative authorized representative. Avocet Mobily’s authorized representative will only open the carton box in front of the customer.

2. We would request our esteemed customer to be vigilant at the time of taking the delivery the goods from the Delivery person

3. Product Inspection need to be done within 5 days of delivery. Post 5 days we are neither responsible nor accept any damage claim for replacement /refund.

4. Due to the nature of our products and high transport cost involved, refund will be decided on a case to case basis. First priority of Avocet Mobily is, that customer should feel delighted after the receiving the goods and its usage, to replace goods in case found broken / damage/defective

5. Any voluntary return of goods, once accepted by AVOCETMOBILY, the shipping cost needs to be borne by the customer

6. “In case of cancellation by customer upon delivery or any other reason not pertaining from the Avocet Mobily’s side, refund to be made to the customer will be after deducting the “to and fro freight “and amount charged by payment aggregator and replacement to be made after collecting “to and fro freight charges”

7. For Refunds, Avocet Mobily does not charge any processing fee. However, the transaction fee and GST levied by Razorpay at the time of payment capture will not be reversed to your account.

Snapmint Orders – Refund & RTO Policy

Orders placed via Snapmint (Pay Later / EMI) are subject to the following terms and conditions.

📦 Returns & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a Snapmint order is returned by the customer or refused at the time of delivery, it will be processed under this policy. Please note that refusing or failing to receive a delivery does not entitle the customer to a full refund.

💰 Refund Amount

The initial installment paid through Snapmint will be refunded after deducting ₹999 as reverse shipping and handling charges. Please be aware that:

Shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable
No additional cash refunds or store credits will be issued outside of the Snapmint refund process

🔄 Refund Process

Refunds will only be initiated once the returned product has been:

Received back at our warehouse
Inspected and cleared through a quality check

Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment source used on Snapmint, as per Snapmint's refund timelines and policies.

By choosing Snapmint as a payment method, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy, along with Avocet Mobily's standard Exchange & Return Policy.
